This website is operated by Britt Bair Art. By purchasing artwork from this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use this website.

Orders and Payments

All artworks are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is due at checkout, and shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the destination and size of the artwork.

Framing

Most pieces are sold unframed.

If you would like to add a framing option, please contact me prior to purchase or immediately after checkout to discuss available options, pricing, and timing.

Shipping

Each painting is carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Shipping times vary depending on the artist’s location throughout the year:

January – May: Typically located in Florida

May – December: Typically located in Rhode Island / Connecticut

If an order is placed for a painting that can be shipped from the artist’s current location, it will be shipped as soon as possible.
If the piece is stored in a different location, please note that additional time may be needed to arrange shipping. The artist will always make every effort to ship orders promptly.

Local Pickup and Studio Visits

If you prefer local pickup or would like to schedule a studio visit, please contact me to make arrangements. Availability may depend on the artist’s current location.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. Because each artwork is one-of-a-kind, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once payment has been processed. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work together to resolve the issue.
